Introducing Built With Our Hands (BWOH)

Today, almost 90% of the construction industry is white and only 11% are women* due to a long history of exclusionary hiring practices. We believe that diversification in this industry in particular can have a positive impact on both disrupting generational poverty and providing new resources amid growing demand for workers. BWOH is positioned to be an advocate for job placement and preparing our participants to be strong, sought-after job candidates.
