BWOH provides a pathway to successfully achieving meaningful employment and financial independence by eliminating the barriers to entry, disproportionately impacting underserved youth.

BWOH was born of the need to prioritize a frequently overlooked and underserved population, the youth of our communities who are at the highest risk of continuous unemployment or underemployment.

A critical aspect of the BWOH program are the mentors. We strive to maintain a 1:1 ratio of participants and mentors so that each individual is getting the most time and attention from their mentor.
